Born and brought up in Delhi, the capital city of India, I worked and lived in many different countries before moving to North America, which has become my home ever since.

One thing that has always intrigued me is how some brands enter your subconscious mind, and even without you realizing it, you become an advocate of that brand; a classic example is 'Apple.' I don't have brand loyalty, and I'm always open to switching for a better deal, but somehow, I have become quite loyal to Apple and am ready to pay a premium to use its products. This happens when you work towards delighting your customers rather than just focusing on making money; the irony is that brands that focus on delighting customers make much more money than companies that concentrate on just making money.

I have developed a strong passion for understanding how some brands can relate easily with you while others struggle. What makes you spend more dollars on your favourite brand and still achieve a sense of satisfaction?

Having worked extensively for 15+ years across different aspects of business with some of the best brands in the world, like Samsung, Nestle, Airtel, OpenText and several start-ups, I have learned some of the most compelling marketing strategies and customer delight measures which can directly impact the bottom line of any company. Whether it’s an established brand or a new name in the market, if we follow these strategies, which consist of understanding the customers and your buyer's personas, creating a solid messaging which can connect with the customers, and creating a feedback loop to track how your customers feel across along their lifecycle, we can quickly expect a growth of up to 10% Y/Y. I have worked within an agency environment and established brand grounds in the most challenging markets like the US, Canada, India, UAE, etc., following these practices.

I'm following a dream of making a name for myself in the marketing world by implementing creative product marketing strategies that contribute to companies' success. I have executed numerous marketing strategies, NPS strategies, and established products worldwide. Now, I'm looking for opportunities to use all my experience and expertise and make a name for myself in the North American market.

Apart from my passion for marketing, I’m a great cook. I love to travel a lot and explore different cultures and cuisines; if not travelling, you can find me playing sports or hiking. I’m a certified meditation coach, so I know how to manage my stress and can help others live their lives to the fullest with this fantastic art.
